OUR MISSION
Our intention is to get involved at the early stage of any crisis situation requiring outside help. In other words, before a charge is filed in court, or sometimes before police are even involved in an investigation. When we are able to get involved early, and affect the process, we can do some of our best work and help the client manage the crisis.
OUR ABILITIES
Allegations of criminal conduct, cyber-attacks, deceptive statements can quickly destroy a company’s reputation and an individual’s life. Our team is prepared to provide immediate assistance when a crisis erupts. Whether in the United States or abroad, our team has the experience necessary to manage a crisis quickly and effectively. We do cross-border work and attend in all time zones.
COMMUNICATION APPROACH
Our job is to present a client's truth in and out of court. If we ignore the media, then we are letting someone else, who may have a very different agenda, tell our client's story for us. We do not believe chase the cameras. Instead, we use those opportunities to share facts and dispel rumors.

There are really three rules for clients to heed in these situations:
01
If you think you may need an attorney, you do. Fast. Get a team that controls the crisis.
02
Do not speak to anyone investigating you.
03
Don’t take a wait-and-see approach, assuming the issue will go away.
